HavMain has been very successful at the FSB Devon Business Awards 2009. We were shortlisted for both the Workforce Development Award and the Best E-Business Award. We won both the Workforce Development Award and the Overall Best Business Award for 2009! The overall winner was chosen unanimously by the judges as the most outstanding company from the category winners.
Having won the Workforce Development Award, HavMain was also chosen by the panel of judges as 'Overall County Winner' as a result of their substantial investment in an ongoing training and development programme for staff. Developed over a 3 year period the programme includes health & safety, ongoing management and skills training and professional development and the company works closely with local educational partners including South Devon College.
