 All our gas engineers and plumbers are Corgi registed. It is not only illegal for people to work with gas unless they are CORGI Registered, it is also highly dangerous. Our installers will make sure that your appliances meet all gas safety and building regulations and that you have the necessary documentation you may need to sell your property in the future.

You can check yourself by going to the CORGI website and checking our registration number. Simply enter our company registration number 010992.
What advantages does this have?
Our engineers regularly carry out gas inspections and services and are in the best position to advise on The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, which place specific duties on gas users, installers, suppliers and landlords.
Did you know?
Landlords are responsible for making sure that gas fittings and flues are maintained in good order, and gas appliances that they own in their residential premises, and flues, are checked for safety every 12 months. They must also keep a record of the safety checks for at least two years and issue it to existing tenants and any new tenants before they move in.
Need a CP12?
We run a specific program for gas safety inspections and servicing for landlords and busineses.
With the Gas Safety Inspections UK program we can offer you an annual inspection and maintenance contract. If you are a landlord with gas appliances unchecked, you will need to have a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (CP12). Our inspection and maintenance contracts will ensure your gas appliances meet the relevant standards.
